This program is designed as a 60-day challenge in a circuit-training routine combined with boot-camp cardio moves all in one workout — four days a week and no more than 30 minutes a day. 

This challenge will help you lose body fat and increase your endurance and energy levels. It also will tone and sculpt your entire body and, most important, increase your metabolism. The program is created to help you hit the reset button and start a life-changing experience.

The workouts consist of plyometric moves, strength-training movements with weights, bodyweight movements and functional boot-camp cardio movements — along with exercise modifications if you are limited in mobility and range.

There are more than 52 different exercises throughout the course over a two- month period, making it feel like every day is a different workout. The program includes instructional videos for each exercise to show you how to do the movements properly. You will also have access to a downloadable training booklet and a nutritional guideline video.
